Tohay has been good so far! I'm at work and I've had about a 1/4 cup of banana chips. Salad with cucumbers, bellpeppers and 1 chicken breast for lunch. For a snack I've had 1/2 a bell pepper. I haven't got to excercise yet but I'm hoping to tonight. I planned on having bbq beef sandwiches for dinner. I am going to just have lettuce with some bbq beef over it.
I haven't been sleeping the last week or so. I fall asleep til about 11 and am wide awake. I have been taking some temazepam that the Dr gave me after Bryce and it has knocked me out but I'm getting worried because its been happening for like a week now. I also have been having some abdominal pain. Kind of comes and goes. Achey and annoying. I don't know what it is. I thought maybe like cramps but I've had it for about a week now too! I'm really sick of it.
I started out weighing 161 after Bryce and now I'm 144. I'm still have quite a bit of weight to loose. I hope that I can finish this. I want to weigh at least 125.
We are going to go camping tomorrow with my family. I think I'm going to take some of my own food so it is easier to stay on track. Wish me luck...
